I'm assuming last update was a fail. I'm having same issues others are mentioning. I can't hook up new echos since moving, and the ones I had already managed to setup keep saying unresponsive in the app even after completing setup. I have to keep setting them up over and over. This is getting ridiculous. The app used to be so user-friendly. Now, it's hard to manage the various devices and find settings for all when the internet does go down. Frustrating for the amount we've spent on our system.

I mark the Amazon Alexa app down for two reasons. Its never, been fully accessible for screen reader vision impaired users, its very very slow to respond to just about anything and when trying to play music from multiple speakers at once, the sound glitches out and the radio or other audio content won't play on one of the speakers but will play on the other speaker. Rebooting or resetting them completely doesn't help.

Cannot type as the keyboard auto closes as soon as it opens. Always seems to be buggy and usability is not great. Alexa has declined over the last few years, it used to do what you asked for instead of trying to be clever and doing something wrong. Example, ask it to play a song amd it plays some terrible remix version, I never asked for a remix why not do what I asked for...
