I like the app and the coins available. But the support is a nightmare. I'm unable to link my bank account, I requested assistance back on December 26th, we are now January 22nd and I have yet to receive help. I really don't want to pay 3% charge when investing through my debit card, especially for bigger amounts. I'll update my feedback when I get an answer.

Very easy, streamlined app that simplifies cryptocurrency transactions. Many listed coins to buy. However, one thing puzzles me. When I buy altcoins, the price per coin is always higher than the current market (even when the coin price is dipping). It's like Uphold is stacking unknown fees on top. Otherwise, it does what I need it to do so far. UPDATE: It appears Uphold charges a spread during times of extreme volatility, which must be every day I execute a transaction.

If this were *the* place to trade between cryptocurrencies, one would think that accessible and clear market history or even current performance would be forefront, but it's not, instead there's the worthless discovery sections touting top movers who've already risen, so unless you want to buy high and sell low, there's very little insight. Extortionate fees, too. Keeps asking me to enable notifications even though they're enabled and have been receiving them.
