This app could not be shittier if it tried. Whenever I want to look up more detail about games, try to get into my system to update or install games remotely or make a purchase through the store it automatically logs out my account, forgets my credentials while I check the box to remember this device when I log in. And when i do log back in it forgets my phone link to my ps5, where my last process was, it throws out the purchase I was processing while the payment request does go through my CC.

Most things it does fine, checking trophies, recent games, etc. But the problem lies with the captures from the media gallery. No matter how long or short it is, the video lags the entire phone, even outside the app. If you turn off your phone, the videos don't download. It's gotten so bad that just before, trying to download a 30-second clip somehow restarted my phone. It shouldn't be such a hassle, since this is supposedly the most convenient way to share clips. This should be fixed.

Could use some work. Uploaded 2 files (a video clip and a screenshot), both did not appear in the app. The app is just as bad as PS direct using the Firefox browser, but at least I can navigate the browser by clearing the cache and history for the website if I want to use Firefox-- so forget trying to pay through the app. I love Sony Playstation, but wish they would get the supervising parties to fix the app and the issues involving using certain web browsers.
