The game overall is pretty similar to the original. I like the way they designed all of the details. I do think that the 3D functions are a bit ugly. Overall I think that when talking design wise this game made a big step when comparing it to the last one. The story was in the beginning a bit hard to understand, but you will get the hang of it after a few lessons. I do think that it was a bit annoying to sit through all of the tutorials on things that we already know from the other game.

It's 1 step forward, then 2 steps back. Fixed the gameplay to be interactive, but they then had made a new game, meaning the previous game is now pointless, and now lost the overall aesthetic from a Gothic academic to now futuristic in the main screen, despite this game being a past event. Pricey pay walls. For a game that calls itself an otome game, yet just now you have the OPTION to date a character IF you pay an additional fee to access it. Love what it was, now feels greedy, fitting I guess

Personally I've been playing obey me for quite some time now, for 4 or 5 year if im not wrong. I like this gameplay i really do but maybe it's a bit draining where i have to play the rhythm game after a story every single time. Playing a rhythm game is not that easy or atleast for some people. I miss where maybe after two stories then rhythm game or adjust to where its fun and not entirely about the rhythm game. I feel so drained because of it.
