The app used to be great, I could cross out what I needed to myself. While yes it could be finicky at times it worked. I recently found out there was a new update to the app. Now the app crosses the field out for me, sounds good right! But when it (and it will!) places the field wrong you can't move or extend them yourself! So that just makes the app useless, it doesn't blank stuff out anymore making it easy to see all your information. If they'd just allow me to fix the mistakes the app makes.

As mentioned by others the app fails to fulfill its primary fiction, blocking out sensitive information. Trying for the past 10 mins to make a copy of my passport with numerous retries taking new pictures but with each attempt the app fails to completely block out the lower part of my BSN (maybe 2mm) essentially leaving it fully discernable. Does not offer a manual option to correct it either basically rendering the app useless.

The app used to be perfect but completely stopped working when the developers decided to redesign and integrate new mechanics for reading the document information. The old system taking a photo and adding the watermark was just perfect. Why don't you guys enable both options allowing the user to pick the preferred way to use it?
