I booked tickets for a show. Wanted to buy another ticket at a later stage but the app is not allowing me to insert my banking details. I've emailed back and forth with Fever and it feels like I'm being given an automated, generic response with none of the suggestions fixing the problem. Then they start giving me the same suggestions when I said it's not working. So frustrating and still no solution!

I did not receive a purchase confirmation of my tickets at all, therefore I tried buying them again, this time I received a confirmation. Apparently I paid twice! You can't check your tickets or account information on their website, so due to a mistake in their system, I now have double the amount of tickets (only accessible through their app) and paid twice. Please help me to have one of these purchases refunded.

Purchased 2 tickets and the Add-On Flexible cancellation which says "Reschedule hassle-free or claim a refund when you cancel up to 48 hours before the start time. No questions asked!" is a lie. The event got postponed and we cannot make it to the new dates. Contacted Live chat who immediately bounced me to email, nearly a week later after chasing them, they state they only give credit which is valid for 9 months which is not a refund. So their addon is a con/scam, will avoid in the future
