Generally speaking, the app is somewhat helpful. However, not being able to search the feed is a huge miss especially if there's a lot of activity. This translates to unnecessary scrolling through irrelevant posts to find and or review relevant information about your students class. Perhaps this is intentional as it keeps the users time engaging with the app unnaturally high.

Hey there, thanks for your feedback. Story search is a heavily requested feature that we would love to support and hope to soon! We are an ad-free platform, so "time on the app" isn't a concern or pursuit, but user satisfaction and experience both are! We'll definitely share this feedback with our team 🙏

You can only do the very bare minimum without paying the monthly subscription. The school requires you to download the app for all communication since they have the subscription for the school, but Class DoJo still wants the parents to pay as well. All communication through messaging has worked well, and you can see the story posts the teachers' posts. Anything else, like providing the point rewards, all requires payment.

The app will continue charging you even after you cancel your Google play subscription. There is literally no way to contact them within a reasonable amount of time to get a refund. The app has almost zero support when it makes mistakes. DO NOT PAY FOR THE UPGRADED VERSION. I was charged for 2 months even though the app itself said I had no subscription.
