Hi, I'm Vipps! A very, very easy app for sending and receiving money in the Nordics. Sending money (vippsing) is safe and done in a flash – just like it should be.
With Vipps, you can:
• send and receive money between Norway, Sweden, Denmark and Finland
• schedule gifts with digital wrapping
• settle costs like dinners, weekend getaways with your friends
• pay in-store, online and at flea markets in Norway
To use Vipps you need BankID, a Norwegian/Swedish phone number, a Norwegian/Swedish bank card and account, as well as an email address.
Vipps is available in English, Norwegian (bokmål and nynorsk), Swedish, Danish and Finnish.

Given the number of bugs I have encountered logging into this app and pressing approve on a monthly payment, it is hilarious that the Norwegian population still feel safe letting this app handle their money. The app is also full of adds, which may cause a bit of repulsion. - on the other hand, there hasn't been a scandal yet and quite a few smaller stores accept Vipps even when other terminals are down.

Trash 🗑️ garbage I tried some times it doesn't work sending money. Many times getting trouble transferring. I can't even pay in Supermarket in Norway Mandal sentrum Lindesnes kommune even Kristiansand. I ask them can you take vipps no. We are not allowed. Vipps before it was very easy. Very simple. But now all super market saying. It's very expensive too use vipps what??

I am a user from sweden (bank SEB), most of the time i send money in Denmark, but the issue is that I can send to some people, and cant to others. For the ones that I cant send to i get a notification that they didnt set up their bank account to receive money, which they clearly did. Please fix
