great app. Update: I've been using flex for a few months and I am disappointed. It took several weeks for my background check to clear. So I couldn't book shifts. I've worked with one employer, they have been great but flex is glitchy and has reported me a no show 3 times when I was there and clocked in and out. It's impossible to reach anyone who could actually help and the 24 hour window to reply back is not great because it doesn't matter what you say no one is listening.

It *was* good... until 2025. Aside from like 2 far away places (with a couple shifts), there has literally been ZERO work all.2025!! I have went from 35-50 hours a week to now *0* hours a week... EVERY WEEK... and now have lost everything!!!! Before this i really loved it!! My only true complaint was that you NEVER get the chance to talk to a human being and get ZERO support, aside from A.I-driven chat support But looks as if they've lost ALL their contracts for the year 2025 so...

I've put three stars as ive not tried it yet, just looked into it, but i dont know if they have proper employers here or the ones looking to hire those already self employed, which I'm not. I already use the other Indeed app, unsure if they're linked or not, I don't know if the bank details are kept safe from third parties, or if the employers are even legit as there are none anyway in my area at present, or they're just not using the app. I get there is a separate pay portal though.
