The app itself could be better. I am not able to upload 12 second video, even though I changed the video resolution to HD only. To create support ticket, I still need to go through the website and then any reply is via email. I think in app would be better. I also can't connect to FB and my lvl is the same since maybe 2022 even though I am active. Other than that, It's good. Easy navigation.

It keeps telling me "10 points til tier 7," when i log in, even though while using the app it will sometimes go down to -50 until tier 7, just to return back to tier 6. I'm getting incredibly frustrated that it isn't registering the correct tier and not getting offers, which I'm sure being stuck on tier 6 (since it isn't tracking my progress correctly) doesn't help. If the issue continues, I'll probably just uninstall.

It was amazing the first 2 years but it's declined since and it's become really frustrating 😕 it was my favorite way to discover new things, as well as build my trust within brands to continue to create content. I get 1 maybe 2 every year now and don't qualify for the pro(no clear qualifications on how either), which I've heard isn't really worth it and you get less when you do get accepted into pro anyways.
