Claw machines do not grab 80% of the time. Instead of enjoying the game and not winning at the claw game, the claw games have a tendency to not grab. Either the claw is not maintained correctly on these machines or they are just broken. Many times I have started a claw machine and watched the claw drop on top of the item and just remain open. At least give us a chance and maintain these machines! The app works great but the machines are busted. If the claw closes and I miss, that's fine.

Had an issue with a machine breaking during Jackpot play, but they took care of it. Fun games, great prizes, shipping isn't bad for being outside of the country. The key is to purchase coins via "clubs" You get more in the long run as well as shipping coupons that can cover a certain percentage of shipping costs based on your level

Mixed feelings about it. I am extremely glad I got coins on discount, but claws are flawed. Shipping can add up quickly, especially on the size/weight of the prize. I am happy with my wins and purchase (I do not have them in hand yet) but I feel like I got my worth for the money I spent. I think I am just an in-person claw player. I have tried multiple claw apps, and they all are okay, expensive, and overall outdated figures you can find on eBay or discount stores like Ross dress for less.
