The filters are really limited (and sometimes also inaccurate) and the amount of items unbelievable, making every visit to the app much more painful and longer than it needs to be. Please add more filters for each category! At least the basic ones, such as length, sleeves, cut... and definitely add more categories! Test with real users and learn from the competition. I much prefer the selection here than in other apps, so it's really such a pity and missed opportunity.

This is the best shopping app that has ever existed. So many brands, high quality luxury items many discounts and great prices. I ordered my package to Cyprus, arrived quickly and at my address, no issues whatsoever. And plus I like the detaiks of shipmentvtracking, everything is transparent. Thank you and keep up like this! The most terrible customer service I have ever seen. No feedback at all. If you have problem with your order or quality item be ready that they will never answer you. P.S Dear Best Secret, You can not answer for the last 10 days. And from the other reviews I read it's your policy don't unswer. Look that all the negative reviews are about the tech support. You do all your best don't unswer people who has the problem with an items.
