snap seriously needs to fix the backing up issue. I have good amount of leftover storage, cleared snapchat cache in the app and from settings, and great wifi connection. Yet, many of my memories appear grey. Auto backing up is turned on so I'm so confused why they're not backing up. I tried logging out and it said 20 snaps weren't backed up, I tried backing them up but not even 1 backed up. Pls fix this. At the end it deleted my snaps once I logged out. Phone type is moto g power 2022

An app made specifically for iPhone first. I've been using Snapchat for years but it's always dragged behind iPhone with features and updates. I can't even view my 2024 snap review. It simply doesn't work. Straight to a black screen. Not to mention there are ads now literally everywhere. There are ads that come up as if you get a Snapchat, that's disgusting. I wish it were better

The app has been great so far. I just have one complaint. The audio icon which was used to mute videos before is no longer available. For , the app would be very great if it could be put back. Some of us don't like adding a song to our videos. Some of us don't also want to hear the original audio of the video. Hence, why the mute icon is very necessary.
