Exactly what you need. No ads. No subs. I sifted through a dozen apps going through length sign up processes, and tutorials on a bunch of frivolous bells and whistles, only to land on the annual subscription page at the end. This has none of that. Just simple, straightforward tracking of macros, excercise, and daily caloric needs. Takes 2 seconds to enter food, and has a good database of basic foods and grocery brands. Adjusts for calories burned through excercise too. Did I mention it's free?

For being a free app, this has everything that I was looking for, plus some. I was getting annoyed trying to find a calorie counter app that didn't want me to set up a whole thing and then pay for it to get any benefits from the app. I don't know what the paid for app is like, but the free version is fantastic. I'm already down almost 10 pounds since getting it. Definitely makes things easier.

This doesn't always work correctly and it's off a bit . Alot of the food I eat isn't on here and I haven't figured out how to do the scanning and pictures yet . I guess I need to download something for the pictures and scanner. But as a overall it does work just not great. But it does give you something to go by to be accountable with your calories, fat, protein, and carbs .
