Absolutely horrendous service! Countless time late return pickup arranged, with no contact to the shipping agency, rude uneducated drivers who can't even read their own language, and on top of that, zero help from the customer services who take ages to reply to emails, never follow up on the case. The amount of money I have lost on lost orders - that drivers left on the street instead home, or the return items that were never picked up - you should be ashamed and close the business!boycot them!

Sent the wrong item and then started making drama that they can't exchange at the end of the day they made up a story that they couldn't proceed with return because there is something wrong with my address. Made mistake and didn't want to solve case,zero efforts I just lost my money!!! Cheaters

Great collection of sneakers (and clothing), found some great deals on NB sneakers after wait around a bit. Please add the option to disable auto playing videos, they run through mobile data in the matter of minutes! To me this app is only usable on WiFi :/
