Tl;dr play only the S1 quests: "Season one" had a great storyline with well thought out and emotionally engaging quests. It felt like playing Dungeons and Dragons. Once you've finished the quest line, you're limited to grinding to become stronger and trying to score as many points against PvE and PvP targets. The "season two" quest line is far simpler and not by far as engaging. By then, all your characters will be reset to level 1 and your gear deleted. There's a strong pay-to-win element.

Good game with high graphics. Unfortunately, the season reset really killed my interest in this game. Everything goes back to level 1. I don't know why you need to do that... hard-earned gold vanishes like that, and you have to start from the bottom again. Real money invested just goes to waste. Team setups disappear. If you make a new game in the future, please don't reset levels like that. It really kills the hype of the game.

The game is great on Season 1. It's okay on season 2 then it loses a storiline and becomes a daily chore. Recently there was a big takeover by a new company resulting in a Month-Long maintenance period where the game calendar kept going and many players got screwed as a consequence. In general the feeling I have with these devs is that they don't quite care for the efforts you put into the game and will be inflexible about everything. Too bad.
