I have been playing this game very happily for several years and had gone through lots of levels. And reached VIP silver status working towards gold, tons of power ups anf other game tools achieved. As I was playing last night the screen went blank, the game rebooted and when it came back I was at level zero, lost everything. It's just a game but this is a serious bummer. I don't feel like starting over and this should be a warning to anyone else that plays...

Used to be a great game but recently it has become awful. I have played Frozen Freefall for many many years and sadly the levels have recently become ridiculous as they are taking weeks to complete. Unless of course I buy add ons. I watch the adds for the free extras but I refuse to pay to complete a level by buying extras. This has only been in the last 6months/ year. Prior to this the levels were challenging but not almost impossible. Please have a look at several other reviews by others

This app keeps freezing during play or malfunctions causing me to lose lives! I have to completely close out app and go in again just for it to happen again within 30 minutes! I have not gotten any help from support team for this. I have done everything I can do on my cell to make sure it's not my phone.
