Today while recharging my prepaid connection I found all my flex point balance expired whereas message says validity is upto today. While interacting with customer care person mentioned about time of expiry is 12.15 hrs. But this was not disclosed in message I received. And they are unable to return flex points. The same has been communicated to chat service but still not resolved.

This application never works properly even after uninstall, install it shows same errors. For log in itself it asks for mobile data. In wifi it never allows. The application demands more permissions while installing it. Even if we agree all these it never works properly. This indicates that Vodafone Qatar has not interest in solving these issues. Instead they are keep on calling to upgrade the plans. First improve the services. This application is a total disaster!

Very confusing app, with completely unintuitive menus. Keeps logging out frequently without any logical reason.
