Rather use toilet paper to wipe than use this app. Paying for a specific seat shows a blank screen and when trying to reach out to an agent the app just refuses to load the chats after making some progress. Very unstable and so is the website itself, at this point just unicycle to wherever you are planning to go instead of going with Etihad again

This app used to be much better. It took me 30 minutes to complete the online check-in, and it couldn’t even generate a boarding pass afterward. The entire process was incredibly frustrating. 😑😑 It’s frustrating that you have to log back in just to complete a different task, even when you’re already logged into the app. On top of that, you have to re-enter your details, even though they’re already saved in your Etihad Guest account. 😒

I have used their app in the past and today as well. Not so user friendly, the check in process is slow, inefficient and when u book seat it doesn't select the seats u chose when u checkout. I had to book my seats 3 times. Second time I had an issue checking inn online through the app. Emirates has a better app interface and it's user friendly. Also I don't use Twitter, Facebook and Instagram
