Annoying dysfunctional app. Have tried to purchase seat selection for many days without getting to the payment page.

What an absolutely horrible user experience. Tried to add my boarding pass to the app for easier access, but the flow is just "looping" around and around and I just end up on the website inside the app when adding my info. When I look in the "Boarding pass" page I'm just told that the Boarding passes will show up when meet the "criteria" for showing it there... What? Get your priorities straight - if you wanna be digital, please take the time to actually do it right instead of this abomination.
